How requests arrive

  • In turn, never by price. The rules: ranking and sorting
  • Requests through your own profile and from your own clients cost nothing.
  • Credit you buy never expires.
  • What an offer costs per job size stands here once the price list is set.

Frequently asked questions

What does contact mean?

You and the client have both written in your offer, the client has accepted your offer, or you have spoken on the phone through Schwupps. Reading or viewing does not count as contact.

What happens to the credit without contact?

It comes back when the request closes, at the latest 14 days after the decision day. An offer costs at most once.

Do my own clients cost me anything?

No. Requests through your profile and your own link cost nothing, and so do your offers on them.
