The terms for the Schwupps intermediation marketplace are being prepared with legal counsel. Lawyer-approved customer/platform terms will be published here before paid launch.
Separate terms for independent service providers will be supplied during provider onboarding.
The lawyer-approved German version will govern in the event of inconsistency.
